Check-in Policies

- Driving License
- PAN Card is not accepted as a valid address or identity proof for hotel check-in.
- Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of accommodation by the hotel or resort.
- In such cases, refunds or alternative accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
- The guest name provided during booking should match the name mentioned on the government-issued ID.
Guest Behavior
- Follow the rules and regulations of the booked property.
- Maintain cleanliness and respect the property's facilities.
- Behave responsibly and courteously towards hotel staff and other guests.
- Comply with all local laws and government regulations during their stay.
Property Damage
This includes but is not limited to:
- Damage to furniture or fixtures.
- Damage to electronic appliances.
- Damage caused by negligence or misconduct.
- Missing or damaged property items.
Araku Eco Stays & Travels and Araku-Valley.com shall not be held liable for disputes relating to property damage assessments.
Visitor & Child Policy
- Some hotels and resorts do not allow outside visitors inside guest rooms.
- Guests are advised to confirm visitor policies directly with the property before inviting visitors.
- The property reserves the right to deny visitor access as per its internal policies.
- Children may stay with their parents or guardians subject to the policies of the respective property.
- Additional charges may apply for extra beds or complimentary services for children.
