Check-in Policy:
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the Hotel or Resort.
- The usual standard check-in time is 12:00 PM onwards.
- All guests must present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
- According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by anyone over 18 years staying at the Hotel or Resort.
- The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable.
- https://araku-valley.com/ cannot provide alternative accommodation and it's not offered a full refund.
- The User would be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of him/ her/ or their accompanying guests (willful/negligent) to the hotel's property or resort property in any manner whatsoever. The concerned hotel would determine the extent and amount of damage caused. https://araku-valley.com/ would not, in any way, intervene in the same.
- Some hotels or resorts may deny entry of visitors to rooms. Please confirm with the hotel before inviting visitors into the rooms.
