How to Make Araku Valley Coffee & Why Araku Coffee famous?

Araku Valley is known for its organically produced coffee. You need to follow a few steps to capture the region's flavour. Here is a guide to making coffee Araku Valley-style:

Ingredients:

Araku Valley coffee beans are freshly roasted.
Filtered water
Add sugar or sweetener to your food.
Milk (optional).

Equipment:

Coffee grinder
Coffee maker (French Press, Pour-over or traditional Indian filter).
Kettle
Measure spoon

Select the Beans and Grind them:

Select Beans: Choose freshly roasted, high-quality Araku Valley coffee beans. These beans are known for their rich flavour and organic growth.
Grind beans: Grind your beans right before brewing. This will keep them fresh. Use a medium or fine grind for the French press, an Indian filter method, or a pour-over.

Boiling Water:

Bring filtered water to a rolling boil. The temperature of the water should be between 90-96degC.

How to prepare the coffee maker:

Add the coffee grounds to the press. The ratio of coffee to water is usually 1:15. One tablespoon of coffee is used for 15 tablespoons.
Pour Over: Place the coffee grounds in the filter, then rinse the filter with hot water.
Indian filter: Place the coffee grounds in the upper compartment of the filter and gently press the plunger down.

Brew Coffee:

French Press: Pour the hot water over the grounds and stir. Cover the pot with a lid, let the mixture steep for 4 minutes, and then press the plunger slowly.
Pour over: Slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion, allowing them to bloom. Continue pouring until all the water is gone.
Indian filter: Pour hot coffee over the grounds and cover. Let the coffee drip into the bottom compartment. This may take 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve:

Plain Black Coffee: Pour the coffee into a glass and drink it black. This will allow you to enjoy the unique flavours of Araku Valley coffee.
